Recently, someone (or some people) decided to set the only accessible bench in the park alight. As you can see, it was completely destroyed. It would be disappointing anyway, but this was the only one that wheelchair users could access.
We would really love to replace the bench but, as a very small charity, we aren’t able to do this at present. This is why we are asking the community for help. We have set up a fundraiser to try and reach a target of £588 – enough to buy a replacement bench.
We know not everyone can afford to donate, but if you can help us raise awareness of it, then that really would be brilliant.
