Often, visitors think that the park is maintained by Sunderland Council, but it’s actually us!
Friends of Doxford Park is run by volunteers, and the work in the park is all done by volunteers. We rely on grants and donations in order to be able to pay for insurance, buy tools and equipment and put on events. Without your support, we would not be able to continue.
